How do you write things like that? It looks kind of like graffiti. I've always wondered how people do that, it looks so cool but so complicated...

Yeah its is graffiti letters, And it really isn't too complicated. You just take the letters u are working with, change the way the body of the letter is (like make it look like it flows with the others), add some details or designs to them, and add 3D or a shadow behind it.
